DocketLayer LLC is committed to ensuring that our website and documentation are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We aim for docketlayer.ai and our documentation to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
We are a small team and acknowledge our accessibility implementation may not be perfect. Known limitations include:
The DocketLayer API is a programmatic interface designed for consumption by software systems and AI agents rather than human users directly. It does not present a visual interface and does not raise traditional web accessibility concerns. All human-facing content — documentation, guides, and the website — is covered by this statement.
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our website and documentation. If you encounter an accessibility barrier or would like to request content in an alternative format, contact us:
Please describe the specific barrier you encountered, the assistive technology you are using if applicable, and the URL where you experienced the issue. We will respond within 5 business days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the relevant enforcement authority for your jurisdiction: the US Department of Justice Civil Rights Division (ada.gov) in the United States; your national equality body in the EU; or the Equality and Human Rights Commission (equalityhumanrights.com) in the UK.
docketlayer.ai is built with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Accessibility is evaluated using automated tools and manual review, with testing against recent versions of major browsers in combination with NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack screen readers.
