We aim to respond to all email within one business day. For urgent technical issues affecting production workloads, include "URGENT" in the subject line.
For technical questions, include the court code and case ID you were querying, the error response you received, and your x402 client version if relevant. This helps us respond quickly and accurately.
DocketLayer is a headless API service. We do not offer phone support, sales calls, or onboarding sessions. Everything you need to integrate and operate DocketLayer is in the documentation.
