Bug Reports and Feature Requests
Bug reports and feature suggestions from developers are welcome. Please open an issue in the relevant repository on GitHub.
Include your wallet address, the timestamp of the affected query, the court code and case ID if applicable, and a description of the unexpected behavior. Do not include private keys or payment credentials in GitHub issues.
What We Cannot Help With
- Direct PACER account issues — contact PACER support directly
- Legal advice regarding specific court cases or proceedings
- Document retrieval — DocketLayer provides docket metadata only, not document content
- Refunds for completed on-chain transactions
