eLitigation is Singapore's unified electronic case filing and management system, operated by the Supreme Court of Singapore. It covers the Supreme Court, the State Courts, and the Family Justice Courts, providing structured access to case metadata, hearing schedules, and filings across all tiers of the Singaporean judiciary. Singapore's legal system is built on English common law, conducts proceedings in English, and is widely regarded as one of the most commercially sophisticated in Asia.

For agent-native docket monitoring, Singapore offers a distinctive value proposition: it is the leading arbitration and commercial litigation hub in Southeast Asia, home to the Singapore International Commercial Court (SICC) and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). Agents serving multinational corporations, cross-border M&A practices, and regional compliance teams often need visibility into Singaporean proceedings for counterparty risk, enforcement tracking, and regulatory monitoring. The market per query is high; the jurisdiction, tightly defined.

Singapore coverage is coming to DocketLayer as part of our international expansion. We expect to start with the Supreme Court's civil and commercial divisions and the SICC, with State Courts coverage following. Pricing will follow the same pay-per-query model used for US PACER coverage.
